Minutes will be published every two weeks that will document decisions made and discussions held during this ongoing online meeting. This E-mail meeting is meant to supplement the regular face-to-face meetings of the Executive Council of the Green Party of Nevada. Action: None. III. UPDATE CHECKING ACCOUNT INFO Status: Approved and awaiting action Description: Remove Barb Ewing as a signer from the bank account. Action: Barb Ewing is no longer a signer on the bank account as of Tuesday, December 27, 2005. IV. VOICEMAIL ACCOUNT Status: Open for Discussion Description: To use VoiceNation or another voicemail service. Action: none. V. GPNV DEBIT CARD Status: Open for Discussion Description: Sign up for debit card in order to pay for the voicemail and other purchases made by the Green Party of Nevada. This will avoid one of the active members from having to use their own name, credit card, bank account, etc... when making purchases for the Green Party of Nevada. Action: Inquiries into getting a debit card have revealed that it is not possible for the Green Party of Nevada to get a debit card. However, a credit card and other options are currently being investigated. VI. GPNV STATE NOMINATING CONVENTION Status: Open for Discussion Description: Organize for and advertise the upcoming state convention in April. We need to focus on the following: -Actual venue of meeting -Lodging -Transportation -Agenda -Promotion -Funds Action: Jason has volunteered to bottom-line the 'Actual Venue of Meeting,' 'Lodging,' and 'Transportation.' Other volunteers are requested. VII. OUTREACH AND EDUCATION Status: Open for Discussion Description: We need to discus how we can expand and educate membership in the Green Party. What are some ideas that we could implement to grow the party and educate and activate those already registered? Perhaps we could set some goals as far as voter registration and such for the upcoming year? We should also discuss how to implement and execute the ideas.
