Background
-----------
The Green Party of Nevada needs its own credit card in order to sign up for the VoiceNation voicemail service. In the past, we've had problems with people using their own credit cards and then leaving the Green Party of Nevada, thereby cancelling the account. In order to avoid this problem, it is best if the organization can activate the account and that way the people checking and maintaining the account can change as they need to without fear of cancelling the account.

Nevada State Bank, the bank the Green Party of Nevada has its account at, offers a Visa Business Credit Card for $30/year annual fee. This fee may be waived if we ever spend more than $2500 in one calendar year.

Proposal
----------
Fill out the forms needed to apply for an account and send the forms to Nevada State Bank. Jason Halprin will be the personal guarantor for the account to get it started. If the Executive Council decides to place others on the account, this can be done at a later date. All credit card transactions will be paid off in full once each statement is created and all transactions will be documented prior to transactions being made. We will also set aside $30 (out of $116) for the annual fee each year.
