Background
-----------
The National Committee of the Green Party of the United States is the equivalent to the Executive Council of the Green Party of Nevada. The National Committee is made up of representatives from each state party. There are two e-mail lists that are important to the inner workings of the National Committee, USGP-DX and USGP-COO.

Proposal
----------
In order to keep track of current National Committee issues and discussions and in order to learn about how the National Committee works so we can duplicate the process here in Nevada, I propose that the two co-chair positions within the Executive Council be observers on both e-mail lists (USGP-DX and USGP-COO) and send a report to the Executive Council on current National Committee proposals, discussions, and votes on at least the 1st of every month and more often if the observers feel this to be necessary.
