Text of Proposal:

Set up a PayPal acct so we can take credit card donations over the Internet and deposit those donations directly into the Green Party of Nevada bank acct. Paypal will take 2.9% + $.30 per donation. We should use this service until we can find something better.

Please respond to this proposal with a yea, nea, or change by 1/13/2006.
