Background
-----------
Up until this point, most registered Greens haven't had access to the Executive Council and the decision-making process of the Green Party of Nevada. It is very important to be as transparent and as democratic as possible and it is therefore important that registered Greens be invited to participate in the decision-making process of the Executive Council of the GPNV. By providing information on nevadagreenparty.org about current Executive Council discussions and decisions, registered Greens will have more information with which to participate and contribute to these discussions.

Make this link (or similar link as modified by tech individuals) at the GPNV website active, open to the public, and linked from the main page:

Also, the following content should be added to the front page of the website:

TITLE: GRASSROOTS DEMOCRACY NOW AVAILABLE!

"Wondering what the Executive Council of the Green Party of Nevada is up to? Well, click here to find out! This is our new Executive Council web page that will keep you updated on the current discussions and decisions being made in the Executive Council of the Green Party of Nevada. If you would like to comment on any of the proposals, please send your comment to gpnv@clarkcountygreens.org."
