Background
-----------

• Because Kimberley French was elected to serve on the Executive Council of the Green Party of Nevada on July 17, 2005;
• Because Kimberley submitted a statement of resignation;
• Because Kimberley's situation has changed, allowing her more time and energy to devote to the Executive Council;
• Because the current members of the Executive Council are busy beyond our current means;

Prosposal
-----------
I propose that Kimberley French be immediately reinstated as a Member At-Large on the Executive Council of the Green Party of Nevada.
