The Executive Council of the Green Party of Nevada is the governing body that is charged with the following responsibilities according to Article III, Section 2(B)4 of the Green Party of Nevada bylaws:

• Coordinate statewide actions, including the General Meetings
• Carry out all responsibilities required by the Nevada Election Code
• Make public statements regarding the Party's position on issues
• Respond to inquiries from the media and the public
• Prepare for General Meetings and Conventions
• Create standing and ad-hoc councils
• Keep records and minutes of meetings
• Maintain a database of all Party members and known local Party organizations
• Create and direct a Green Party of Nevada Political Action Council (PAC)
• Prepare and present an annual budget to be approved by the General Meeting each Spring
• Empowered to affiliate with the Green Party of the United States
